Birdeye is a genuinely capable, feature-rich reputation platform, and multi-location brands are the ones who get the most from it — centralized reviews, listings and messaging across every location. But it’s expensive, often sold as a full suite you may not need, and the most consistent complaints in our data are about support responsiveness and contract terms rather than the software itself.
